The
Sunyshore Pokemart is a one-person-operated shop. I have shipped out over
7000 orders since 2006 to places all over the world! Most listed items are pick-ups and pre-orders from the Tokyo Pokemon Center. I visit the PC every week to get your orders. Occasionally I will have a few older/retired/vintage items from Japan available too. PICK-UP ITEM COST IS POKECEN SHELF PRICE + COMMISSION FEE
(time spent going to get the items/bicycle them home/package them).
Second-hand item prices are based on condition/rarity/demand.

money
orders/personal checks. If you pay with a money
order please mention you are doing so in your order notes!
Most items
arrive 1-2
weeks
after I ship them out. I ship most items 1-2 weeks after receiving payment! I
ship all items from my pet-friendly, smoke-free home in Asaka-shi,
Saitama-ken, Japan. Items are
usually
shipped on Thursdays and Fridays.
Shipping is calculated based on
each item's individual
weight. Keep
in mind materials and
paypal fees are
calculated
into shipping/handling. I ship to any country and where you live
does not change the shipping cost (as all items are shipped from
Japan). Add items to your cart and
begin the checkout process to see the shipping costs. You CAN
view your total before paying, so don't worry if it's more than you
thought and you don't want to go through with the order.
I try to protect your items from damage during the mailing process, but it is not perfect and anything can happen. I
will try to fix
any issues that may arise during shipping. Do not hesitate to discuss a refund if you
have any missing items or damaged goods. Similarly, if your package arrives with a bent tag, a dented box, or something similar that you may feel is just too "nitpicky" to bring up, remember I am a collector too, and I completely understand how upsetting a bent tag or something seemingly small being out of place can be! I do employ methods to avoid such problems during shipping, but it DOES happen sometimes, and I WILL take responsibility and offer discounts or replacements for these things. PLEASE email me with your concerns so we can discuss how to proceed until you are satisfied!
Along the same lines, please feel free to include a note with your order asking for tougher than usual packaging: Specifically requesting items be sent in a box (as smaller items usually go into envelopes, and items over a foot and a half in length will usually be wrapped thickly in plastic), or with stronger-than-usual cardboard protection, or an especially thick layer of bubble wrap. This is especially useful if you have a history of mangled packages due to local mail service, which seems sadly common. However, you can request these things for any reason you like. Feel free to make other requests in your order notes as well, for example, asking that a special message or drawing be included with your items.
Did your item simply never show up at all? Lost in the mail completely? During mail-heavy seasons, some packages have taken up to 3 months to arrive, but this is very abnormal and far too long to be kept waiting. My policy is 50%
refunded on missing items, or I will pay 50% of the cost to replace them. If the package ever turns up, either returned to me or finally home with you, just let me know, but you may keep any refunded money or replaced items that may have been sent as compensation for the long wait.
