The Volkner Quiz
Questions!>
These are from a Japanese
DP Quiz Book, the four
pages with questions about Volkner and/or Sunyshore City! Do you know
the answers? Well, if you paid attention to all the boring information
I've written about Volkner and the city, you should!
Find the Pokemon:
Volkner of Sunyshore Gym>
On
a fateful day in New York City, I stopped in the Kinokuniya bookstore
and came across a remarkable set of "Find the Pokemon" books from all
generations. Sealed in plastic, I could only hope there was something
spectacular inside the Diamond/Pearl book, which I purchased and
eagerly unwrapped. Times Square was treated to my screaming, flailing
form as I opened to this page. No other Gym Leader was in the book at
all, but Volkner got an entire page, titled "Volkner of Sunyshore Gym",
where the Pokemon you need to spot are his D/P team, and he himself is
sitting there with a little smirk on his face. AMAZING!
The Volkner
Collection>
How
do you collect a Volkner? Honestly I'm not sure, but here's some photos
of my attempts! You can click the photos for larger, labeled versions
of the things in my Volkner collection. Most items also have more
detailed photos and descriptions on the Lions
Collection Page!
(Mostly
Useless) Volkner Trivia!>
This stuff is vital to your
Volkner fandom! If you don't know all this stuff, you're totally lame,
man!
When
did Volkner first appear in the anime? If you believe February 25,
2010, you are right! Or are you?!
He
was on
this anime-style poster way back in 2007, when only Roark had been in
the anime out of all the Sinnoh Gym Leaders. Interesting?
Creepy? You decide!
