Pokemon Mirage Plush are a type of plush named and described by the PKMNCollectors community in 2011. Mirage Plush follow four rules: 1) They are old, usually made in the late 90's/early 2000's, and focus mainly on Gen 1 and some Gen 2 species. 2) They were not mass produced, and therefore are exceedingly hard to find. 3) They hail from Mysterious Origins (may or may not be licensed). 4) They are a unique shape, not directly copied from an official plush (meaning bootlegs are just bootlegs).
Behold the Mirage Plush I have personally discovered and collected!
NOTE: Many of these have "Play-by-Play" tags or labelling, but we still can't be sure if they were licensed official plush or the company's logo design was just copied. For now, they live here as Mirage Plush.
